– when I called the very first time, she gave me good advice and had good product knowledge, plus gave me the contact name and number for the service manage of one of your products.
– delivery happened as promised, and….WOWWWWWW
– I then had a follow – up call from Annelise to check if I as satisfied with the products I had bought…wowwww again…I did not expect that call
